Ms. Kelly Te oversees the natural gas and LNG marketing and trading activities, serving the needs of our global clientele. Under her strategic leadership, the team will evaluate investments into LNG processing, carbon offset and shipping partnerships for the GCT business portfolio.

As a seasoned energy professional with over 15 years of international experience, Kelly held various lead commercial roles in LNG and Gas Market Development and Trading at both Royal Dutch Shell and NextDecade. In Shell, Kelly was responsible for identifying new markets access and business development activities including gas and power trading opportunities in Asia.

At NextDecade, she was instrumental in structuring innovative pricing models; negotiated and closed the first ever binding 20-year Brent indexed LNG sales contract out of United States with Shell North America. In InterOil (2012), Kelly co-led the commercial team on a US$5B project proposal to the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Government for the development of an integrated Oil & Gas project in the Gulf of PNG. In 2022, Kelly served as the LNG consultant for Sumitomo Corporation leading their gas marketing activities into China.

Outside of her main role, Kelly is also an advocate for accessible and quality education for children in underserved communities.
